Ordering & Customization

How do I place an order?

Simply message us with your cake idea, preferred design (photo/peg), size, flavor, and date. You can also jumpstart the process byfilling out this form.

How many days in advance should I order?

We recommend 3–5 days in advance. For large weddings or intricate custom designs, earlier booking is highly encouraged to secure your slot.

Do you accept rush orders?

Yes, depending on our current schedule. Please note that a rush fee may apply for last-minute bookings.

Delivery & Pickup

How do I get my cake?

We offer delivery via third-party couriers (fee depends on location), or you can book your own rider. Personal pick-up is also welcome!

What types of cakes do you offer?

We specialize in Birthday, Wedding, Mini, and Smash cakes, as well as Cupcakes and Cake Bouquets for any celebration.

How much do your cakes cost?

Since every cake is a custom creation, prices vary based on size and complexity. Message us for a personalized quote!

Payment & Policies

What are your payment options?

We accept GCash, Bank Transfer, and GoTyme. A down payment is required to confirm and reserve your slot.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Down payments are non-refundable. Changes to design or date must be made at least 2–3 days before the event, subject to approval.
